All Rev Wheel, LLC products are manufactured to exceed OEM manufacturer’s specifications and are the highest quality available to market today.  All Rev Wheel products are produced to fit factory vehicles.  It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the proper load rating of the wheel meets OEM specifications. We are unable to qualify aftermarket products for applications such as oversize shock housings, suspension modifications, exhaust modifications or brake modifications.  The customer should consult with the manufacturer of those products for compatibility.

Prices:  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.  We will notify you of any price increase before shipment.  Rev Wheel, LLC reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.

Returns:  Prior approval is MANDATORY to return any product.   An RGA number will be issued to you.  This number must be marked on the box or boxes.  BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.  Wheels must be in the original box, and must be in new resalable condition.  NO RETURN ON MOUNTED PRODUCTS OR SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE. Mounted wheels or used tires will NOT be accepted for fitment or cosmetic defects.

Credits issued will be LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.  All non-defective wheels will be shipped back to customer upon receipt of applicable freight charges. Any repair or replacement will not include removal or installation and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

The Rev Wheel, LLC return department will review all claims.  If returned products are not found to be subject to warranty coverage, the product will be returned to sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense. Any unclaimed unwarranted products will be destroyed or discarded 30 days after customer has been contacted 

Warranties:  All warranties will be subject to the Wheel Manufacturer warranty.  Product is warranted for any defect in material or workmanship as follows:
     • Structural lifetime warranty to original retail purchaser
     • Chrome is 1 year from INVOICE DATE, face of wheel only
     • Cosmetic is 30 days from INVOICE DATE, must be prior to installation (Mounted            wheels VOID this warranty)
This warranty is not applicable to wheel products if:
     • Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance
     • Damage or structural failures occur as a result of an accident or road conditions
     • Damage or structural failures occur as a result of racing applications

Shipping Damage: Any claims must be made within 5 days from product delivery.  The Freight Companies set a time limitation for any shipping damage claims.  Please keep original boxes with shipping detail.  Contact the freight company directly to file your claim. 

Installation:  Installation is the responsibility of the purchaser and should be performed by a fully qualified technician.  Lug nuts should thread over studs by hand if proper threads are used.  It is the responsibility of the customer to insure proper lug nuts are being used, and enough thread engagement is achieved.
